Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, buying a ticket, creating or scoring a match, booking a venue, or otherwise using Haraan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Haraan.

1. Who we are:

Haraan ("Haraan", "we", "us" or "our") is a sports and events platform available as a mobile app and at haraan.app. Haraan is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India. You can reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

2. About Haraan:

Haraan has two sides. "Events" lets you discover events and buy tickets. "GameHub" (including ActionBoard) lets you create local cricket matches, score them ball by ball, follow live scores, build a player profile, appear on leaderboards, and book sports venues. Some features need an account and some are open to guests.

3. Eligibility and your account:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Haraan, and at least 18 (or have your parent or legal guardian's consent) to buy tickets or make any payment. You are responsible for keeping the information you give us accurate, for keeping your login details safe, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Events and tickets:

Events are run by third-party organisers, not by Haraan. When you buy a ticket you are buying it from the organiser; Haraan provides the platform and the payment facility. The event details, timing, venue, age limits, entry rules and the conduct of the event are the organiser's responsibility. A ticket is a licence to attend subject to the organiser's rules and may be refused or revoked for breach of those rules. Please arrive with a valid ticket QR and any ID the organiser requires.

5. Payments:

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, include taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); Haraan does not store your full card, UPI or bank details. By paying, you authorise the charge shown to you at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed, the related ticket or booking may be cancelled.

6. Cancellations and refunds:

Whether a ticket can be cancelled or refunded, and by when, is set by the event organiser and shown on the event before you pay. Unless stated otherwise there, tickets are non-refundable once bought. If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organiser, you may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price under the organiser's policy. Any Haraan platform or convenience fee is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay and may take several working days to appear. 7. Venue bookings:

A venue or court booking made through GameHub is a request to the venue owner and is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. The venue owner sets the price, slot, house rules and any cancellation terms. Haraan is not the venue operator and is not responsible for the condition of, or your conduct at, the venue.

8. Matches, scores and fair play:

You can create matches, add players, and record scores. You are responsible for the accuracy and fairness of what you record. Do not fake results, manipulate scoring, impersonate other players, or enter matches that did not happen. Haraan uses trust and verification signals to protect the integrity of experience points (XP) and leaderboards, and we may withhold XP, unrank a match, correct scores, hide content, or suspend accounts to keep competition fair. Rankings, XP and "verified" status are provided for engagement and are not a guarantee of any real-world result.

9. Your content:

"Your content" means anything you add, such as match details, team and player names, scores, profile photos and messages. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Haraan a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it within the platform so we can run the service (for example, showing a match on the public feed or a name on a leaderboard). You confirm you have the right to share what you upload and that it does not break the law or these Terms.

10. Acceptable use:

Do not use Haraan to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload offensive, obscene, hateful or misleading content, harass other users, cheat or game the rankings, scrape or overload the service, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

11. Public information and leaderboards:

Haraan is partly a public, local-first sports community. By default your player profile, match activity, district and standings can be visible to others and appear on public leaderboards and feeds. You can adjust what is shown in your privacy settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Intellectual property:

Haraan, its name, logo, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and site for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer any part of Haraan except as the law allows.

13. Third-party services:

Haraan relies on third parties such as Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments) and mapping providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Availability and changes to the service:

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Live scores and other data are entered by users and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; do not rely on them for betting or for any decision with financial or legal consequences.

15. Disclaimers:

To the extent the law allows, Haraan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is accurate, or that events will take place as listed.

16. Limitation of liability:

To the extent the law allows, Haraan and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events, venues, other users, or third-party services. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to Haraan for the transaction that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Indemnity:

You agree to cover us against claims and losses arising from your misuse of Haraan, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

18. Suspension and termination:

You may stop using Haraan and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for others, or where we must do so by law. Some records, such as transaction records, may be kept as the law requires after your account is closed.

19. Changes to these Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be brought to your attention. Continuing to use Haraan after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and disputes:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under consumer law, the courts at [CITY, STATE] will have jurisdiction over disputes. We would rather resolve any problem informally first, so please contact us.
